We are pleased to announce that our collaboration with Sekisui Medical CO., Ltd. has been published in the scientific journal, the BioTechniques. The collaboration focused on developing a novel and highly-sensitive method of antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs) quantification, using Probe Alteration-Linked Self-Assembly Reaction (PALSAR). The PALSAR method and unique probe design allow us to accurately quantify our chemically modified ASOs with higher sensitivity and selectivity, which hope to be broadly applied to drug development.
