Luxna Biotech Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has entered into a research collaboration agreement with Servier that includes a license option related to the exclusive use of Luxna’s proprietary XNA technology in the field of neurological diseases.

The agreement follows the successful achievement of the first milestone in the collaborative drug discovery program initiated in April 2024. As a result, Luxna has become eligible to receive a milestone payment from Servier, and the collaboration will advance to the next stage of the research program.

Through this agreement, Luxna and Servier will continue their collaboration and further strengthen their strategic partnership toward the development of innovative oligonucleotide therapeutics for neurological diseases.
